Black and White

With black and white photography we can accentuate the smile of a person without the "color distraction" of the background.  We can convert a color image taken in RAW camera format to black and white, but we simply can't go back and color a black and white photograph (easily anyway).  We can convert some elements to black and white, while leaving others in color.  Today's digital camera technology and powerful image editing programs opens a world of possibilities for black and white image editing from a digital color source file.
